Ron secures his dream job

Ron was a volunteer truck driver and forklift operator with Tai (our floor manager) and his team, and also worked at Canstation33. He was referred to Substation33 by the YFS youth team. While with us Ron gained on-the-job experience and communication skills, and the mentoring he received built his confidence. He then got his HR licence so that he could gain his dream job. We were able to be a reference for him and he then secured a position at Loganholme. He proudly sent us this picture of his truck today. Substation33 is so important not just to us, but everyone that attends. Thank you everyone.
