PowerWells

PowerWells takcles energy poverty while reducing electronic waste. Our team repurposes discarded lithium-ion batteries and other electronic components to create affordable solar solutions, including small home systems, power banks, streetlights, and community batteries. Each product provides clean, reliable power to communities that need it most.

We operate across Vanuatu, Indonesia, and remote First Nations communities in Australia, empowering local people through hands-on learning. By teaching how to repurpose e-waste into functional solar technology, we help communities gain energy independence while reducing landfill waste.

PowerWells also partners with PCYC and The Y to deliver engaging educational programs for disengaged young people, alongside corporate workshops that inspire
sustainability, innovation, and social impact.
