Skills

Since 2019 Substation33 has supported, mentored, and trained more than 1200 volunteers to perform near 100,000 hours of activity in our facility.

We offer an inclusive space where people of all backgrounds can learn new skills and transition to employment.

We love helping people reach their potential and offer people the ability to grow and learn in a supportive, inclusive, and non-judgemental workplace. People find their confidence increases, they gain more social connection, learn transferable skills for a variety of jobs and find it meaningful to support our environment, all while having a great time.

There’s room for you too!
