Join our See I.T. Be I.T. Traineeship – a 6-month paid program where you’ll gain real-world IT experience, hands-on training, and a nationally recognised qualification. Work alongside a diverse and passionate team, learn practical skills, and take your first step toward a career in technology – all while making a real difference in your community. 

PARTICIPANTS IN THE PROGRAM TYPICALLY GAIN:

• A 6‑month full-time traineeship contract.

•  A nationally recognised qualification: Certificate I in Workplace Skills. 

• Paid work experience in a real workplace. Blue Card, First Aid Certificate and potential for other tickets. 

• Work in a supportive environment and expert mentoring. 

Practical job skills such as: 

• Refurbishing computers, laptops, and multimedia devices. Administrative work including paperwork and organisation. 

• Other tasks including warehousing, logistics, electronics, and customer service. 

• Career advice and job‑preparation to transition into further employment.
