Our FRWS are currently operating in 150 flood zones to keep the public aware of flooding and road closures. While most sites are in the Great South East, the project keeps growing and we now have sites set up in places such as . . .
Parkes Radio Observatory in New South Wales, @ Auckland New Zealand and we recently just installed some signs @ Altona in Victoria.
Each flood zone can have 2 or more signs and various water monitoring devices including cameras.
All up we have more than 500 signs in operation! The signs are solar powered, are continuously connected to our data center and are designed to operate under harsh conditions for extended periods of time.
Very Clever!
These are some pictures from recent installations.
