This is Michael

Mike started off volunteering at Substation33, looking for a place to qualify for his Centrelink payments during the Covid pandemic.

After spending time getting to know the staff and volunteers, he found the work fulfilling and four years later, he has now become somewhat of a fixture!

You can find Mike helping with the e-waste sorting bins, greeting people dropping off recycling and he is always up for a chat and a laugh. There are lots of stories like Mikes here at Substation33 and we will keep sharing over the coming months.

Have you considered volunteering? Give us a call to discuss the possibilities!
