Taleah's career takes off

Taleah first came to Substation33 as a Gunya Meta trainee in mid 2023.

She quickly stood out as a good communicator and someone with a knack for organisation. Once her traineeship ended, we offered her a role working between our reception and as a customer service provider in our Uptown Centre store.

She excelled in both roles and while she has had challenges with her mental health along the way, she showed everyone her massive potential and has now taken a position with the airline company Swissport.
